Who we are
AceMyBacs is a revision platform built for European Baccalaureate students, operated by the AceMyBacs team. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be a current or former European Baccalaureate student to use AceMyBacs
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person — shared accounts will be suspended
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the platform
- Misuse the AI tutor (e.g. generating content unrelated to EB studies, attempting to bypass safety filters)
Content
All revision notes on AceMyBacs are our own original work. They are not official European Schools materials and are not endorsed by or affiliated with the European Schools system.
Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
Limitation of liability
AceMyBacs is a study aid. We do not guarantee any specific exam results. Use of the platform is at your own discretion, and we are not liable for academic outcomes.
Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use AceMyBacs. If you are under 16, you must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements or have obtained the necessary consent.
Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- As digital content is provided immediately upon subscription, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m)
- If you experience technical issues preventing access to the service, contact us for a case-by-case resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. EU consumer protection laws apply to users in EU member states and take precedence where applicable.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AceMyBacs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
