We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email contact@acemybacs.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

We use the following third-party services to operate AceMyBacs:

• Supabase — authentication and database (EU-hosted)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI tutor powered by Claude
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

We do not sell your data to any third party.

As a user in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
